Skjolden Day 7 Saturday 2/8/2025
Skjolden is in the heart of the Norwegian fjords the port of Skjolden-Sognefjord is the gateway to the world of wonder it abounds with national treasures waterfalls and two UNESCO sites ice-blue water fjords hemmed in by sky-reaching mountains and scenery that is unbelievably. Norway's longest and deepest fjord there was a little bit of fog around and the deeper into the fjord we went the clearer it got then the last Km it got that thick you could not see 10 Mts and everyone thought that it was going to be a waste of time coming all this way, just after the first couple of busses left at 1000 Hrs it started to clear and by 1100 Hrs the sky was clear and the sun shining bright it got to 28 degrees and a lovely day.
