  Lighting Ridge

Today we had a local tour around the Lighting Ridge to and area the locals call The three Pubs in the Scrub wich are all licence premises first was The Sheep Yard Inn then the Glenngarry Hilton And the last is The Culb in the Scrub all are on the Lighting Ridge Opal Fields we had lunch at the Glengarry Hilton where tyhere was a wake for one of the locals that died as the result of a car smash the locals still may us welcome. After lunch we had a go at doodling for opalsVal and I had no luck but one on the bus did the last stop at thje Club where we meet Ted a local and not one of us did not stop laughting the hole time we where there him with the two girls Susie and Mel at the caravan park what a trio after a light dinner we finished the night with a dip in the artesian spa.
