Coober Pedy - Woomera
On the road again we left Coober Pedy at 0945 heading for Woomera down Highway 87 even though we where further down the road the scenery was still the same flat barren and dry the only thing that we notice was that there was less road kill than two years ago and have not seen a kangaroo or Emu this side of Mount Isa and less Eagles as well.
We stopped at Glendambo for lunch and a top up some people try to make it to the next fuel stop hoping the price will be cheaper and they run out of fuel half way. Arriving at 1450 and did a load of washing the bar opened at 1600 so we went and had a couple of drinks with our travelers.

Day 32.
Marla - Coober Pedy
A early start to the day after checking coolant and filling up with fuel and coolant we set out for Coober Pedy nothing to see apart from a couple of cows crossing the road and at least 400 caravans heading north but when we got 34 Kms from Coober Pedy the went into limph mode so it was a stop on the side of the road wait till the car cooled down a little and the top it up with coolant it was then a gentle drive into town at 70 KPH and may it OK. After checking into the Opal Inn they advised us that there was a mechanic at a garage at the the main street so we went and saw him and he said he would try to get us in on Monday and for us to check.

Day 30.
Tennant Creek - Alice Springs
After the mechanic at Tennant Creek said that could not do anything for us about the leak we decided to go to Alice Springs as our Dongle had thrown in the towel also we figured we could make the springs by 1630 as it was we made it by 1600 on the way we rang the Winter Sun Caravan Park to see if we could get a place for the night but no luck only to be told that there were no places in the the town at all it was booked out then when we got into town I knew where the Telstra shop was when we got to the shopping centre the only shop that was open was Woolworths the reason it was Show day and it was a public holiday it was then decided it was a free camp so a top up of fuel and south we headed 20Kms out was a rest stop but had a sign Do Not camp here for your safety at the end of the rest stop was another nex rest stop 25Kms and it had telephone service so that was where we headed on there there was a camper van there so we pulled up behind them introduced ourselves and settle in for the night.
