Madrid

Day 19.

It was a early rise by Spain stranded alarm went off at 0615 for a taxi to Barcelona Sants train

station to get the fast train to Madrid Puerta De Atocha terminal with a top speed of 298 kmh.

The train ride was that smooth  you did not have the feeling of the speed you were going 

 

We arrived Madrid at 1100 on time after booking into the hotel it was a walk around town

 

a lot different to Barcelona a slower pace than what we saw and all shops close at 1300 till 1630

 

except for the small markets and tourist places had dinner at a small open air café I had a beer and

 

Val had a sprite that had no bottom when I ask if the beer was the same they said no no .
