Melbourne to Hawaii and return                   Day 2.                                       8/10/2023

                                                                              Honolulu        

        After recovering from the 9and a half hour flight  we took a short walk to Waikiki Beach then                booked a tour around the Island and a visit to Pearl Harbor National Memorial.

        Then to a Japanese Restaurant for dinner with the works fire and all it was a great meal it was than         a  early night as it was a 0600 get up for the 10 and half tour .

Melbourne to Hawaii and return

 

            Saturday 7/10/2023                    Sydney                                                Day 1.

            Beverley drove us to the airport got on the end of the que at 1415 we sat down at the gate at 1630

            sat down for 10 min the then started boarding and this time departed on time at 1730

            Touched down at Honolulu airport 20 min early.

Got to the Hotel at 0700 and had to wait till 1100 for our room to be ready 

while sitting at the pool we meat a nice couple Merred and Fred and told us 

of a company they had used on a tour and the were very happy so we have 

booked tomorrow and Mondays tours with them Merred and Fred are also

on the Quantum of the Seas back to Brisbane.

                Today was just tidying up all the loose ends Like picking up the needles from the hospital 

                and getting a cold storage bag.

            Goulburn to Sydney                        Thursday 5/10/2023

            We left Goulburn at 0950in under cloudy skies but no rain and it got clearer the closer we got to                Sydney getting to Beverley's 1205.

            Ended the day with dinner at the Woolwich Pier Bub.

Melbourne to Hawaii And Return

         Melbourne to Goulburn                        4th/10/ 2023

                  Melbourne 

Depart at 09 45  in light rain to Seymour then clear and mild weather to Albury With a stop at Benalla for a cup of coffee and doughnut where it started to all the way to Goulburn in heavy rain.                         We were about 15 min north of Albury when I remembered that I had forgot my needles  and a so with a stop at Holbrook and a phone call to RMH that was the start of 3 hours of work for Rebecca at RMH Beverley in Sydney and Claude at Westmead Hospital and all was arranged by them. That night it was dinner at the Gordon Pub.

    Day two at sea last night went to the show the and had a early night as we lost another hour we are now on New Zealand time.

Val has gone to the knitting group then to a craft group.

    Wednesday 8th /03/2023                                               Station Pier Port Melbourne

 Left home 0955 walked to the bus stop waited 1 min for the bus to the station then fell over at the back of the Royal got to Port Melbourne at 11 22 then had to wait till 1215 to board the boat.
