Day 1

Home to Goorambat

We departed home at 13 15 with a stop at New Age to be shown how to open the water cap it was then a good run to Goorambat.

But for a short stop at Benalla for fuel @ $1.33 a Lt got to Goorambat at 16 45 with a sign on the pub wall saying Happy Hour weekdays 5 till 6 pm I though my luck is in only to find out the pub doen't open Monday and Tuesday so we took some photo's of the silos parked the van and car for the night.

      Day 12.

       Today it was back to cricket watch Billy’s then over to get 3/4 of James match where he took 2 for 7  and made 14 not out then home for a rest and a little bit of cleaning up

      Day 11.

       Today in Sydney the weather started the day with it being bright and sunny with not a cloud in the sky then by 0930 it clouded over and it rained for          

         15 to 20 minutes a good downpour the sun came back out then a dust storm rolled in from the west covering Sydney you could only see

       1 to 1/12 Km for about 2 hours.

       For lunch al and I went to North Ryde RSL with Peter and Barb who we first meat in 2013 when did the Praque to Amsterdam and spent three hours 

       Just talking and a great time was had it was great to catch up.

       It was then pick up James from school and take Billy to cricket training.

       Day 10.

       Today we visited old friends Sam and Heather Vella who we meet on our first overseas trip in 1997 we have kept in touch now for 21 years 

        had and lunch and spent a couple of hours just talking.

         Day 9.

          Today we traveled to Penrith to look at caravans saw two we liked but we have settled on one Ezey Campers Caravan 15ft expanding out to 18tf.

           Then went to watch Billy play Oz tag, and that was our day.

       Day 8.

   

        After Beverley and the boys left and we had breakfast Val and I spent some time in the front yard and then it was down to James school

         To see a project his class had been working on where they were separated into groups of three and produced a travel brochure on a fictitious 

          Island where you would like to visit and why.

  This is the brochure that was James,Nate,and Harry’s.

Day 7.

Today was just breakeast from Uncle Joe's did a little bit of a clean up around Bev's place.
