          Day 36. 30/06/2022

         Today was a full day in Litchfield National Park leaving camp at 0930 and not getting back till 1730

         and 245Km our first stop was at Batchelor the parks only town then to Rum Jungle were Uranium

         was found in 1949 and got its name when a conman got some miners drunk on rum and stole their

         gold.

        Then to the Zebra stone a rare stone that has bubbles of iron mixed with sandstone next was the

         Magnetic/Cathedral Termite Mounds, Buley Rockhole follow by Florence Falls, Tabletop Swamp

         and Tolmer Falls by this time it was time to call it a day the others will have to wait for another time.

         Day 35. 29/06/2022

         We have now left our northern capital and are headed south for113Km to Adeliade River and 

         Litchfield Park after setting up camp our first track was to Robin Falls only 11Km drive and

         about 800Mts walk over a rocky path.

         got back to the showgrounds cleaned up and the bar was opened and Bristo opened at 1800

         and the meal was very good.

         Day 34. 28/06/2022

         Today we went to a Tour of Darwin and The Darwin History and Wartime Experience Museum  

         all up it was a good three hours.

         Day 33 27/06/2022

         Today we had to move camp in Darwin 5 Km up the road to Free Style Caravan Park after setting

         up camp we did a drive into Darwin to the fisherman's wharf then a short walk around the 

         botanic gardens we found this fruit tree tomorrow is to find out what it is.

         We then got a phone from Ian and Jean and arranged a meeting point and then to have dinner  

         together it was great to catch up and yup about what has happen in the last month.

         Day 32. 26/06/2022

         Leaving Kakadu for our 254Km drive into Darwin our first stop was at Mamukala Wetlands where 

         they have built a viewing platform where you can see the water birds without disturbing them then

         our next stop was the Bark Hut for a coffee for me and a hot chocolate for Val.

         It was then an hours drive to our caravan park after setting up we headed to the Mindil beach

         evening market which is held every night of the week.

         Day 31. 25/06/2022

         Today was the shortest drive so far only 59Km from Yellow Waters Kakadu to Jabiru Kakadu 

         there was one stop at Nourlangie Rock there was a small Billabong but did not have a name.

         Day 30. 24/06/2022

         We were out and on the road early today as we had an appointment with a metal works shop

         in Katherine to fix our safety chain That done in forty five minutes and Jesse who did the work

          recommend that Cooinda Lodge Kakadu at yellow would be a good place to stay. Our next stop is  

         Pine Creek for a short stop and a look around town then onto Cooinda  check in and book a 

         boat ride on the Yellow Water cruise on the South Alligator River with a promise of seeing wild life

         such as Crocodile, White Bellie Sea Eagle, Buffalo,Wild Pigs and many more all of which where 

         Seen along with a sunset to remember.
